I am brand new to this whole blogging thing so please bear with me while I learn the ropes!
I am a 23 year old man. Who loves music. Trying to create my music for other people to enjoy.
I started with music when I was around 6, and ever since then I wanted to do something music related (so obviously I persued this route to further education and finnished) And now I am stuck at a cross roads... wondering what I should do now?! I originaly wanted to teach. But now I think I want to write and perfrom my own music. (I must say I am in to a wide selection of genres and play many instruments) I believe this muti-instrumented backround has enabled me to write a few good tunes, and because I record them by myself I think I get the best sound.
To be honest, I'm not great at talking about myself when it comes to my own work. I feel its like looking into a mirror, and saying ''hey, you look amazing today, and your eyes.... wow.... etc'' All I want is for people to enjoy my music, and want to listen to it more. Any feedback is positive.
Some people in the past have asked, where and what is my inspiration behind some of my music? Well first it depends on what genre of music I am writting. If its a solo piano tune, then it usually something personal to me, just like the solo tones of the piano, I too am solo in my thoughts about life, love, memorys etc.... If it is a metal tune with some heavy riffs, my inspriation comes from my idols in this genre along with personal experience and memorys of happier or troubling times. Every song has a begining.... a thought, a personality, which is a direct link from your mind to the music.
I have a varied taste in music, you may like some of what I do, and not the rest. Maybe you are like me, and like all of what I write. But please do not be shy to speak your mind.
Instruments I play include...
Piano, Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, Drums, Banjo, Djembe, Didgeridoo, Pan Pipes, Voice.
So really I decided to open this blogger page to share my music.
